Dungeon rental
Our luxurious dungeon and suite is available for private rental for professionals and non-professionals who would like to experience the numerous possibilities of a fully equipped space. Located in a discreet neighbourhood near downtown Vancouver, the Succubus Temple is an upscale destination to make your fantasies come true.
Our 11 feet ceilings are also a great feature to accommodate even the tallest Queens, Kings and worshippers and each room is uniquely decorated with artists and content creators in mind who seek an immaculate space to create.
Rates
Hourly *
With bedroom suite: 150$
*For trusted professionals only. Your request will need to be approved by our team.
Half day (4hrs)
With bedroom: 500$
*Time frames are either 1:00pm to 5:00pm or 7pm to 11pm; If you require another time frame, please send an email with your detailed inquiry.
*You are responsible for your own cleaning, unless booked an additional cleaning service
Full day (8hrs)
With bedroom: 800$
*Time frame are either 9:00am to 5:00pm, 1:00pm to 9:00pm or 5:00pm to 1:00am. If you require an other time frame, please send an email with your detailed inquiry.

Overnight stays
Regular (7:00pm-11:00am): 700$
Extended (7:00pm-5:00pm): 1000$
*Earlier & Later times can be arranged for an additional fee of $100/hr upon availability. Must be requested in advance.
* Additional day rate of 600$ is required when booking consecutive nights, unless the two nights special has been purchased.

Two nights special
(Includes two overnights and a full day in between) 1500$
*Check-in time is 7:00pm and check-out is 11:00am

Included with every booking: 30 minutes preparation period prior starting time and 1 hour afterwards for cleaning.
Standard rates are for up to 4 simultaneous guests for day/evening bookings and up to 3 guests for overnights. Additional guests can be added to the booking for a 50$ surcharge per guest, regardless of the booking length.

Event rental
Dungeon Capacity is 70 people
Total capacity including bedroom is 90 people.
Note that only one bathroom is available.
Rental is available for a minimum of 4 hours.
Please inquire about options and rates, which will be customized by your needs for the venue.
Bar/service staff is available upon request.
Club quality speakers and subwoofer with Bluetooth function are provided.

Important information regarding bookings
Security deposit
A security deposit is required by Etransfer, cash or credit card at the time of booking or check-in, depending of type of rental. It will be returned after your stay, subject to our terms and conditions once the inventory check has been completed.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 1 week before booking: The rental fee & Security Deposit will be refunded and the booking can be rescheduled for free.
Less than 1 week before booking: The security deposit will be refunded but the rental fee will be forfeited, unless rescheduling (up to 3 days before booking start).
Up to 3 days before booking: It is possible to reschedule your booking for a 50$ surcharge, depending on availability.
Less than 3 days before booking: The security deposit will be refunded but the rental fee will be forfeited. Unable to reschedule; must make a new booking.
Methods of payment
We accept etransfer, credit cards and PayPal.
If you have familiarized yourself with our studio details, policies and rates and are ready to make a reservation at the prestigious Succubus Temple; Make sure you sign up first and login. Then it is time to choose a suitable date and time in our calendar and go forward with this unique experience.
*A photo of your ID and a selfie of you holding your ID next to your face are REQUIRED to sign up and book. These will stay confidential.
*IMPORTANT: After booking and payment for your reservation has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation email, PLUS a separate email with a link to pay securely a damage deposit within 24hrs of booking, otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled and non refunded!
