We understand that BDSM often generates some noise and that is okay. However we still like to be mindful and respectful of our neighbours, so please refrain from making excessive noise, especially during the day. We suggest to play some music to keep the space discreet and mouth gags are encouraged! :))

Moderate volume is tolerated during the day (10am-6pm). In the evening, music is tolerated to be played louder as we are not located directly in a residential neighbourhood.

We do not have designated parking spots, but parking in the streets is free! Allow some time during the day to find a spot as the streets are busier.

Vaping is allowed, but smoking cigarettes, cigars and drugs is NOT allowed inside the premises. If we detect smells of cigarettes , cigars or drugs in the air, you will be charged a 300$ penalty.

Yes. A bar is located in the Lust room. It comes empty when renting the space. An ice machine is also located on the bar. However, it is possible to arrange a bottle service of your choice dropped off prior your arrival. (For overnights only) Must be arranged at least 2 days prior your check-in date.
For event rental, you are responsible for stocking up the bar according to your needs. We have lovely bar staff available for extra fee as well.
Please drink responsibly.

Yes. However, please remember to be mindful of others who will use the space after you and BE RESPECTFUL. Plastic sheets and/or puppy pads must be used and proper cleaning afterward is necessary. Failing to do so might result in a portion of your deposit being revoked.

Accident happens! Things can be replaced, but please let us know so we can replace it in a timely manner and please take photos to send us!
However, if you break something as a result of not following our rules, a portion of your deposit will be revoked according to the value of the repair/replacement.

Yes. Every surface you played on and everything you used must be cleaned, dried and then put back where it belongs. Cleaning procedure must be done according to the Succubus Temple standards and instructions are clearly posted in the kitchen. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee and possible discontinued use of the space.
We highly value offering an IMMACULATE space so please consider this as important.
If you prefer not having to do any cleaning, we do offer a cleaning service that includes cleaning of the space and toys for an extra 100$. Must be pre booked at least a week in advance.

There are security cameras located in the staircases and in the private storage rooms, which are marked. There is NO camera anywhere else.

Yes. We have 3 GVM LED lights, one parabolic soft box available for extra charge and one ring light available for free. Please refer to amenities page for cost and details.

Yes. However, the kitchen amenities are limited to a fridge, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher.

No. As part of your rental, all these supplies are included. However, note that we only have small and medium gloves (upon availability) and basic water based lube available. If you require better quality lube for your scene, we recommend you bring your favorite one.

Yes. The bedroom is separated from the dungeon and is nicely decorated to offer you a cozy, yet kinky stay. The door has its own locking code and entry. However, this entrance is only available during the day; At night, the side dungeon entry should be used.

Yes. We are happy to offer a safe space for people of the industry to host educational workshops. We will also gladly post it on our event page if you wish for us to. Please inquire through our applications page

We understand that some people travel with their pet, so we do welcome your furry friend in the bedroom if they are well behave. However they are not to stay on the dungeon side. For overnight stays only.

Here is our cancellation Policy:

Up to 1 week before booking: The rental fee & Security Deposit will be refunded and the booking can be rescheduled for free.

Less than 1 week before booking: The security deposit will be refunded but the rental fee will be forfeited, unless rescheduling (up to 3 days before booking start).

Up to 3 days before booking: It is possible to reschedule your booking for a 50$ surcharge, depending on availability.

Less than 3 days before booking: The security deposit will be refunded but the rental fee will be forfeited. Unable to reschedule; must make a new booking.
